Can anyone please tell me where to put part No. 25? It's just a white stripe and one of the instructions points to an axle and this can't be part 25.

So this white stripe is the template for the axle if I want to make it from wood or "skewer" as you said?

White stripe is the template for the axle, so you know exact lenght and width that axle must be...you can make the axle from wooden toothpick
